Graduated Student

My name is Jamie and I am the owner of this blog. I am a graduate of The Illinois University of Chicago and two years after my graduation, I decided I wanted to create a blog that will allow me to work more on my writing skills and also help young students who are in need of advice during their college years.

Through all my college years my friends always came to me for help with their assignments and problems. They all used to joke that I was a natural at coming up with tips to help them with their studying problems and I was always more than happy to help. The reality of the situation is that I wasn’t always a good student either, but I managed to find some tricks and help others along the way too.

A great reason why I decided to start this blog is that, after graduating, I felt like I had so much knowledge and experience from college that I was just letting go to waste. You see, after you graduate you don’t really get the chance to help your friends in the way that you did before, or just improve yourself in that kind of way. So, I wanted to be able to help some young students out by offering them advice on how to master studying and how to be able to achieve the best grades with minimal effort.

Another reason why I started this blog is that, as I mentioned in the beginning, I would like to work more on my writing skills. I am currently facing a small dilemma on what I profession I would like to follow for the rest of my life and truth is that I would like to have more options, because as great as my college was, I have come to realize that I really love writing and journalism as well. So, by helping people out with their college struggles, I will be able to work on something that really interests me and that I truly enjoy to do.
